Our First Session

45-60 mins initial comprehensive assessment and evaluation. We work together to identify problematic areas, set behavioral and wellness goals with or without medication management

Follow-up Sessions

30-45 mins follow up session psychotherapy,  30 mins medication management and refills and other services.
